(artist impression) Saturday night in Bergen. Bergen lives up to it's reputation of having rain 75% of the year. Never mind that, there are worse places to be with this weather. Yam Man found out the hard way that a 5 year old Rough Guide doesn't always give you accurate information. According to his guide there was a bar with the motto: "less people, cheaper drinks". Guess what, the barmaid had a more recent edition of the Rough Guide so even despite the fact that few people were around, drinks were fixed price. Still, made for a funny discussion. |
